2014 First Columbus Fancy Leave Nest

The first two Columbus Fancy have left the nest and are weaning. Even though parents did not like or feed the quartered hard boiled egg, the chicks quickly start eating it. As soon as they eat more things, I will stop the pure hard boiled egg.

Mom and Grand Bird are quite proud of her chicks and she has started laying again!
