My favorite places to shop for bird greens in Wichita Kansas is Kim Son Asian Food Market. This one, my favorite, reminds me of a bok choy but has lots of leaves to the amount of stem.
I often buy this one too as it also has lots of leaves to the amount of stem. Perhaps a blogger can name these excellent greens for me?
